Safety
At Mouse Match, safety is not a feature -- it is the foundation. We invest deeply in technology, people, and partnerships to ensure every connection happens in a secure environment.
Our Commitment
Four pillars of protection work together to create a trustworthy experience for every Mouse Match user.
Every Mouse Match profile goes through our multi-step verification process. Users submit a real-time selfie that is compared against their profile photos using facial recognition technology. For enhanced trust, users can opt into ID verification, which confirms their identity using a government-issued document. Verified profiles receive a visible badge, so you always know who you are connecting with.
Our proprietary AI system continuously monitors conversations and content across the platform. It detects inappropriate language, harassment, unsolicited explicit content, and patterns of predatory behavior in real time. Flagged interactions are immediately escalated to our human moderation team for review. The system learns and improves continuously, staying ahead of bad actors.
Your privacy within Disney properties is paramount. Mouse Match never shares your exact GPS coordinates with other users. Instead, we display only general proximity indicators, such as the park, resort area, or ship deck you are in. Location data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is automatically purged from our servers once you leave Disney property.
Behind the technology stands our Safety and Trust team -- a group of trained professionals available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They review reports, investigate incidents, and take swift action when needed. Our team includes specialists in online safety, crisis intervention, and law enforcement coordination. No report goes unreviewed.
Reporting & Support
If something does not feel right, we want to know about it. Mouse Match provides multiple ways to report concerns, and every report is taken seriously.
Tap the three-dot menu on any profile or conversation to instantly file a report. Include a description and optional screenshots. Reports are reviewed within two hours during peak times.
Blocking is immediate and permanent. Once blocked, a user cannot see your profile, send you messages, or discover you on the platform. They will not be notified that they have been blocked.
For urgent concerns or situations that require direct assistance, reach our Safety team at any time via the in-app support chat or by emailing us directly.
Our Safety and Trust team is standing by around the clock. Whether you need to report an incident, ask a question, or request support, we are here for you.

The safety of our users extends beyond the digital experience. Mouse Match maintains open lines of communication with security teams at Disney properties worldwide. If a situation arises that requires on-the-ground intervention, our Safety team can coordinate directly with park and resort security to ensure a swift and appropriate response.
We also align our community guidelines with the guest conduct policies of Disney properties, ensuring that Mouse Match users are held to the same standards of respectful behavior expected of all park guests. Our team regularly reviews and updates these guidelines as property policies evolve.
Mouse Match is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries. Cooperation with property security teams is conducted through standard guest safety channels available to all parties operating within Disney venues.
